如何更換貨品?

須持有NZGOSHOP 的有效電郵收據,並於購買日起3日內進行換貨。

須收到貨品 7天內, 致電 (852) 91286943 或電郵 安排更換

如質量上有問題的貨品可以換貨。

不設退款服務。

顧客須保留的貨品標籤,在商品完整及清潔的狀態下可以換貨一次。

換貨時,如所換的貨品的金額低於原本貨品的金額,差額恕不退還。

如貨品屬於NZGOSHOP問題 , 無需付運費, 如屬客戶個人問題需要付運費。

所有"花膠"不設退換。

NZGOSHOP (C & Y International Trading Co Ltd ) 保留最終的換貨決定權。

Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase.
